The project aims, from one side, to help students and young entrepreneurs develop transversal competences and soft skills needed to enter labour market; from the other side to help companies exploit the digital talents of their young employees. In which way? Through testing and monitoring the possibility offered by MOOCs and OER to address the demand for digital soft skills.
