The main goal of Erasmus+ project D-Transform is to implement training programmes for leaders of European universities (rectors, vice-rectors), that focus on the impact of OERs (Open Educational Resources) and MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) on processes and activities of Higher Education Institutions.
