Feedback Project, supported by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ programme, aims to set the foundations to define a clearer model of feedback and to enhance the practice of feedback using arts based learning approaches. One of the output already available is the Digital Toolkit, an online collection of Arts based activities designed to encourage the practice of Feedback in teaching and learning contexts.
Join the group of passionate teachers already involved in the project testing phase and use the Digital Toolkit in your teaching activity.
Roberta Oriani is a teacher of Nursing Sciences – Università degli studi di Torino Aosta Campus who tested the “Uncharted Territories” activity in her class (Laboratorio di Relazione di aiuto).
During the one-hour group activity, students create four maps describing their learning journey, thus they present them to the classmates.
Here some reflections of Professor Oriani about her experience:
Activities and advices suggested by the Digital Toolkit are definitively useful; tailoring the activity to students’ needs and to course contents is essential however. The art based approach is absolutely effective. The involvement of creative dimension allows students to express they thought, thinking outside the box and avoiding ordinary academic constrains.
