METID Politecnico di Milano and Fondazione Politecnico di Milano collaborate in European project eLene4work funded under Erasmus + Programme. The project will help students develop the soft skills required by companies and will help companies exploit the digital talents of new employers and young workers.
In which way? Through the use of Open Educational Resources (OERs) and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) that can be integrated or not in traditional didactics. The idea is to develop a free Tool Kit for students able to support them in:
• identifying their own potential in soft skills and digital soft skills, which they bring to the labour market
• identifying which soft skills they need to acquire or develop
• learning how to fill their skills gap using MOOCs and OERs
• learning how to demonstrate these soft and digital soft skills on their CV in order to increase their chances in a competitive labour market.
