Education is the way to a sustainable world and “Landscape Education for ecological and cultural Transition” proposes a landscape-oriented education both for outstanding and ordinary landscapes.
The MOOC is designed to foster an understanding of society’s interconnected global challenges, such as the climate crisis, environmental degradation, and biodiversity loss. This approach underscores the undeniable connection between landscape and quality of life and emphasizes how institutions should incorporate landscape considerations into their policies.
This MOOC is aimed at primary and secondary school teachers to help them develop educational paths on transition, both inside and outside the school, together with the communities in which the students live.
